Partnership
Bridges realises that we cannot provide all the support that our clients need ourselves and that often many agencies have to work together to provide a full range of wrap around support; which is why we provide a comprehensive signposting service to clients which can include, if needed, links to agencies with expertise in housing, benefits, health, money, legal, family re-union, school and further or higher education.
When it comes to delivering our own services we also believe in partnership working and Bridges has four main groups of partners and stakeholders that we work with.
Like all good partnerships these relationship are as much about what we can provide to our partners, as we can take from them.
We provide funders with valuable information about the outcomes and achievements of our clients. Employers and Delivery partners are able to draw down a range of support from us and we can help them meet some of their objectives, and we are engaged in a great deal of shared learning and transfer of good practice with partners elsewhere in the UK and across Europe. From time to time we also host visits from similar programme from further afield such as Australia and New Zealand.
